Official Point Score (manually calculated)

The official point score system of the Nordic Junior Swimming Championships is (as far as we have been briefed):

in individual events: 1st place scores 9 points, then 7-6-5-4-3-2-1
in relay events: 1st place scores 18 points, then 14-12-10-8-6-4-2

Unfortunately, one swimmer is not yet taken into account in our swim meet software, but by correcting it manually we get the following score:

Sweden, 470 points
Denmark, 318 points
Finland, 268 points
Norway, 149 points
Estonia, 137 points
Iceland, 113 points
Faroe Islands, 76 points

Update: The problem with the swim meet software is sorted out now, and my calculations were correct
